Spinach and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- Spinach, fresh, 2 chopped cup(s)
- Tomato(es), 1/2 chopped cup(s)
- Mushrooms, 1/2 sliced cup(s)
- Fish, tuna, packed in water, 4 drained ounce(s)
- Oil, olive, 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt, sea, 1/4 optional teaspoon
Directions
- Combine spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms and tuna in a medium bowl.
- Stir together oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt if desired.
- Add dressing to salad and toss to coat.
